Billy James Kinsey age 82 of Dilley Tx., passed away Friday, December 31, 2021, in San Antonio.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, James and Mattie Kinsey, brother, Claude Lenard Kinsey, and sister, Margaret Kinsey Logan.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Kay Kinsey, children, Janna Kinsey Prasek and husband Shelby, James Mark Kinsey and wife Tina, Christopher Todd Kinsey, grandchildren, James Mark Kinsey Jr., Myles Reagan Kinsey, Kaylan Nichole Prasek, Christian Angelina Kinsey, Caterina Ariana Kinsey, great-grandchildren, Isaiah James Kinsey, Payton John Kinsey, Delaney Addison Kinsey, Stormey Raeann Kinsey, Reagan Kade Kinsey, step-grandchildren, Klausmeine Banda, Lynssi Martinez, Samantha Cellette, Jarrett Kay, Austin Kay, step great-grandchildren, Madilynn Cellette, William Cellette, brother, Albert Kinsey, numerous nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at the Christian Faith Center in Dilley with a Celebration of life beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in the Dilley Cemetery.
