Franklin Rankin O'Neill

FRANKLIN RANKIN O'NEILL, 78, passed away on April 23, 2020 in Pearsall, TX. He was born on September 14, 1941 in Pearsall to parents RANKIN O'NEILL and HAZEL O'NEILL. FRANKLIN was preceded in death by his wife HENRIETTA O'NEILL  and his parents, RANKIN O'NEILL and HAZEL O'NEILL. He is survived by his children, MEGAN MARTINEZ , KATHY JACKSON, FRANK O'NEILL and GRIFFIN O'NEILL his brother OSCAR O'NEILL and his sister, REBECCA TATE and six grandchildren: BRYAN JACKSON, ELIZA MARTINEZ, FRANKIE MARTINEZ, ROMAN MARTINEZ, HAYES MARTINEZ, and ISRAEL A MARTINEZ. 

Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at Dilley Cemetery with interment to follow.
