Heronimo Soto

It is with great sadness that the family of Heronimo G. Soto announces his passing on August 27, 2025.

Heronimo was born on September 7, 1953, in Castroville, Texas. He was a loving father to his daughter, Jessica Ann Lara Soto, and a cherished friend to many.

Heronimo was known for his quick wit and ability to make anyone laugh, often keeping jokes going throughout a conversation. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to friends and family, embodying kindness and generosity in all that he did.

A proud graduate of Lytle High School, Heronimo was a dedicated father and husband whose memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica. Heronimo was one of sixteen siblings, several of whom also survive him, while others have preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sylvia Ann Lara Soto, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bentura and Guadalupe Soto.
