Jacob F Moreno "007" , a dedicated hard working man that would provide for his family , passed away on November 10, 2025, in Pearsall Texas. He was born on June 6, 1948 in Pearsall, Texas. Known for his laughter and his love for spending time with his family, Jacob leaves behind cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

Jacob was a highly regarded Police officer for the City of Pearsall Throughout his six-decade-long tenure, and machinery operator for Ferguson and Flint pipeline construction in New Mexico, he consistently displayed professionalism and dedication to his work. His exemplary leadership skills earned him the respect and admiration of both his colleagues and those he supervised. Jacob had an innate ability to bring out the best in others through his guidance and mentorship.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jacob's true legacy lies in the warmth and joy he brought to those around him. A man with an infectious laughter, he could light up any room with his delightful sense of humor. Whether it was cracking jokes or sharing stories with friends and loved ones, Jacob had an uncanny ability to bring smiles to everyone's faces.

Above all else, Jacob cherished spending time with his family. He found immense joy in their company and always made it a priority to create lasting memories together. Jacob's love extended beyond blood relatives; he deeply cared for those close to him as if they were family too.

Jacob was preceded in death by his parents and brothers and sister; Maria Reza of Hobbs, New Mexico.

He is survived by his wife , Simona Moreno of 51 years of marriage , sons, Chris Moreno (Suzy), and Andrew Moreno. Granddaughters, Jasmine Moreno, Selena & Suzette Moreno and one great granddaughter Violette Raine Macias also survived by his sisters Rosa Vasquez and Jovita Ramirez and lots of nieces and nephews all of whom meant the world to him. Their bond was evident in the love they shared and the countless special moments they created together.

Jacob F Moreno will always be remembered as a loving son, brother, Husband, Father, uncle, and friend. His laughter and vibrant spirit brought happiness to all who knew him. As we reflect on his life, let us celebrate the profound impact he had on our lives and the countless ways in which he made this world a brighter place. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

A visitation will be on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Primrose Funeral Services in Pearsall, Texas. A mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall, Texas.
