Juan Elizondo Jr.

Juan Elizondo was welcomed into the gates of heaven by his father and his son on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the age of 58.

 Born to Juan and Carmela Elizondo in Frio County on October 10, 1967, Juan “Johnny” Elizondo dedicated his life to service in the field of corrections. His career began in Atascosa County, continued in Frio County, and later led him to Bexar County, where he proudly retired.

Johnny was a man of honor, a devoted sports fanatic, and someone who found his greatest joy in time spent with family and friends. He lived simply, believed deeply in the strength of family, and never hesitated to offer a helping hand to anyone in need.

Though Johnny is no longer with us, his love, light, and laughter will forever live on in our hearts and in the countless memories shared over the years. His legacy continues through his son, Caleb; his grandson, Jaxon; and the many family members and friends who loved him dearly.

A visitation will be held at Primrose Funeral Services in Pearsall, Texas on June 3, 2026 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a celebration of life to bein at 7 p.m. On Thursday June 4th we will have a 10am mass at Immaculate Heart Of Mary Catholic Church located in Pearsall, Texas. Services will conclude after mass.
