Maria Rodriguez

Maria Rodriguez, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend passed away on March 23, 2024, in Charlotte, TX at the age of 84. Born on February 4, 1940, Maria was known for her warm heart, kind spirit, and unwavering love for her family.

Maria will be deeply missed by her children John Anthony Rodriguez (Rebecca), Eric Guy Rodriguez (Cori), and Mary Jane Herrera (Rogelio). She is also survived by her siblings Daniel Saavedra and Esperanza Mendoza. She is survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Maria is preceded in death by her parents Johnny Robledo and Maria Saavedra, her husband Juan Antonio Rodriguez, her son David Rodriguez, and her grandson John Anthony Rodriguez III.

A Family Viewing in memory of Maria Rodriguez will take place at Primrose Funeral Services in Devine on April 2, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Following this, a Mass to honor her life will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Devine on April 3, 2024, at 10:00 am. Interment is to follow at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Devine Texas

During this time of grief, Maria's loved ones will come together to celebrate her life and reminisce about the cherished memories they shared with her. Maria's kindness and love will forever be remembered and cherished by all those who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace.
