Maricela Billalobos age 74, passed away Sunday morning January 24, 2021, at her home. She was born in Dilley to parents Dionicio and Luisa Garcia Moreno. She is preceded in death by her husband, Silverio “Chico” Billalobos, parents, Dionicio and Luisa Garcia Moreno, brothers, Mario Moreno, Dionicio “Nicho” Moreno Jr. and sister, Maria Molina. She is survived by her son, Silvano Billalobos, daughters, Elsa Olivia Moreno, Marisa Christina Pena, Paula Carmona and husband Pablo, grandchildren, Raymond Luz Esquibel Jr. wife Dezaray, Christopher Ray Sanchez wife Crystal, Jean Nicole Vasquez, Adrian James Pena, Denzel Jimmy Billalobos, Adiella R-nae Booth husband Anthony, Savannah Maria Billalobos, Edward Daniel Casas, Bianca Isabella Pena, Elijah Marquice Carmona, Cody Ryan Carmona, Paul Ante Carmona III, 21 great-grandchildren, brothers, Cristobal Moreno wife Antonia ”Toni”, Juan “Johnny” Moreno wife Rosie, Eduardo “Flaco” Moreno wife Norma, sisters, Clara Rosa Elias husband Rogelio, Magdalena Garcia, Donna Prado husband Servando, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Monday, February 1, 2021, from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a celebration of life at 7:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at 10:00 AM at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Due to the new Executive Order from Governor Abbott, we are asking that everyone wear a mask during all funeral services.
