Paula R. Perez 84 of Pearsall Texas, Passed away peacefully at home on February 18, 2024 Surrounded by her family and loved ones. Born in Batesville on June 22, 1939, Paula led a life filled with love, care, and dedication.

Paula's journey began with caring for her grandmother, embodying compassion and selflessness from a young age. She then ventured into the crop fields, showcasing her resilience and hardworking nature as she embraced the challenges that came her way.

Beyond her work life, Paula's true joy was found in the simple pleasures of life. She had a passion for sewing, creating beautiful quilts, and intricate embroidery pieces. Her green thumb was evident in the flourishing garden she tended to with love and care. Cooking was not just a task but an expression of love for her family, who cherished every meal she prepared. The radio became her faithful companion as she hummed along to melodies that brought warmth to her heart.

Described as a devoted and faithful woman, Paula's essence shone through in her relationships. Her children and husband were the center of her universe, and she poured boundless love and care into nurturing these precious bonds.

In the quiet town of Pearsall where she ultimately rested, Paula leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be carried on by those who knew her best. Paula is preceded in death by Her husband Ricardo Perez; father Edubijen Rodriguez; mother Trinidad B. Rodriguez, Grandmother; brothers Francisco Rodriguez, Merejildo Rodriguez, Emelecio Rodriguez, and Gilberto Nava.

She is survived by daughter Alejandra Perez-Delgado husband John Albert; son Richard Perez Jr., daughter Estella Perez, son Jose Perez wife Jessica; grandchildren Aaron Ricardo Martinez, Joseph Evan Perez, Jacob Emanuel Perez; and brother Valentin Rodriguez wife Yolanda; As well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

As we honor Paula R. Perez, let us remember her for the warmth she provided, the care she showed upon others, and the love that continues to live on in the hearts she touched.

Services to honor Paula's life will take place at Primrose Funeral Services in Pearsall for visitation on February 26th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM With a Rosary at 7PM;We will be meeting at the funeral home at 8AM then going to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for mass on February 27th at 10:00 AM preceding interment at Frio County Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Love remains eternal as we pay tribute to a life well-lived.
