Rachel Renae Ramirez

Rachel Renae Ramirez, 43, passed away on July 21, 2020, in Amarillo Tx. She was born on July 8, 1977, in Hondo to parents Lorenzo Ramirez Jr and Bertha Haass.

Rachel was preceded in death by Lorenzo Ramirez Jr.- father, Lorenzo Ramirez Sr. - grandfather, Isabelle Ramirez - grandmother, Samuel Guzman - grandfather, Louis Haass - grandfather, Annie Haass - grandmother.

Rachel is survived by a daughter, Andalynne, Dennis Haass -father, Bertha Haass -mother, Gregoria Guzman- grandmother, Beth (John) Olejnik -sister, Scott (Sabella) Haass -brother, Kade -nephew, Kyndal -niece, Cade- nephew, Jace -nephew, Reese -niece, Riley -niece, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held at Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine, from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Sunday, July 26, 2020. Rosary will be recited Monday, July 27, 2020, at 9:15 am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, followed by a Mass, which will be celebrated at 10:00 am, with interment to follow at St. Joseph Catholic cemetery.

Due to Covid restrictions family is requesting 10 people at a time during visitation with 5-minute increments. Masks are required to attend the visitation at the funeral home and to attend Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Attendance at the church is limited due to current Covid restriction by the archdiocese. Please consider meeting at the cemetery, practicing social distancing and paying your respects.
