RUSSELL is survived by SHERRY MOORE - wife, REBECCA MOORE - daughter, JAMIE (ANTHONY) OTREMBA - daughter, RICHARD MOORE - brother, ANTHONY (JAMIE) OTREMBA - son-in-law.
