Our Promise

 This is the space on most funeral homes website you’d find some sort of personal accounting of the firm and its history; of my personal family history as it relates to the funeral industry. I’ve used a little turn of phrase as my team and I have been making Primrose Funeral Services a reality over the last several years. “I’m just a small cog in this machine.” The people I work with, the team behind Primrose that makes it run. They’re the “big cogs” that have given kind and caring life to something that a year ago was just a dream between my wife Ivy and I. It’s all of them I’d rather take the time to brag about.

So I decided to utilize this space on our website to shine a light on the incredible people behind Primrose Funeral Services and to make a promise to both them and each and every family that decides to reach out to us after a loss. Primrose will always stand for honesty and kindness. I firmly believe these two simple things should be the promise of anyone who chooses funeral service as a means to make a living. I can’t change how the industry works but I can make the bedrock on which we build the reputation of Primrose be honest and kind.

We promise to honor the people of these communities by operating these three funeral homes in the same manner we try to live our lives; with the utmost integrity and with a servant's heart. Thank you for accepting us into your community with such kindness, and for allowing us to continue serving this area for many many years to come.
